And if you're exploring the region without cross-country skis, you can easily visit both huts on foot.

And anyone traveling on the A6 Alpenbad cross-country ski trail will find the j’auszeit, a charming trail-side refreshment stop directly on the route – perfect for a short break with drinks and light snacks.

Hut tips without hiking

Fortunately, you can easily reach around eight huts in the Seefeld region—some of them even by public transport, car, or just a few steps on foot. These huts do not lose any of their charm; quite the opposite: the Enzianhütte in Reith bei Seefeld impresses with a variety of specialties, delicious refreshments, and a spacious sun terrace with an idyllic panoramic location.

Poli's Hütte in Leutasch, the Landgasthof Ropferstub'm, and the Seewaldalm in Mösern, Sportalm, and Skialm in Seefeld, and the Lottenseehütte in the Wildmoos area are all directly accessible, and some also have parking facilities.

The Wildmoosalm is ideally accessible on foot, but also by Wildmoosbus (from June to October & from December to March). Another highlight: both the Wildmoosalm and the Lottenseehütte can be reached in a wildly romantic way by horse-drawn carriage!
